Hello! I am a licensed marriage and family therapist specializing in relationships, individual needs, trauma, and mood disorders, including anxiety and depression. I am further passionate about maternal and reproductive mental health and helping women and families navigate transitions through this period. I am a certified Perinatal Mental Health specialist (PMH-C)

treating Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders such as Prenatal/Postpartum Depression,

Anxiety and other mental health issues that may occur during this period. I strive to create a

safe environment for my clients to explore their feelings and bring awareness to their needs, supporting the client in their journey toward a fulfilling life. I firmly believe that everyone is the expert in their own lives and with positive support, can develop positive relationships, navigate changes, and feel their best. I believe that creating health and wellness in every aspect of one’s life will contribute to the overall health and happiness of the individual and their relationships. I utilize Cognitive Therapies including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Trauma Focused CBT (TFCBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and solution-focused therapies to achieve therapy goals.
